DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For) £4.70
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Signed For) £4.00
  • Order by 12 noon Monday – Thursday for same day dispatch.
  • Saturday Next Day Guaranteed Delivery: £13 (Royal Mail). 
  • Order will have to be placed no later than 12 noon on Friday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International orders are sent using Royal Mail or DHL.

  • Standard Europe: £10 (Royal Mail / 7-20 Days)
  • Express Europe: £18 (DHL / 1-3 Days)
  • Standard Worldwide: £15 (Royal Mail / 7-20 Days)
  • Express USA: £25 (DHL / 1-3 Days)
  • Express Rest of World: £25 (DHL / 1-4 Days (Rest of World Express Rate Includes UAE and other countries outside of Europe / USA.)

Please note that you may need to pay customs / taxes upon delivery of your order depending on your country and the order value.

RETURNS

Returns must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you receive your item, unfortunately we will not accept returns after this time has passed. 

All items have details on how to return your order. 

Return postage is paid for by the customer, we recommend keeping your return receipt/tracking number from your chosen courier until your item is refunded.

Refunds can take up to 5 days once we receive your item, however we aim to process this within 1-5 days of receiving your return, you will be contacted via email once your refund has been processed. 

Please note we are unable to exchange items, only refund.

Please make sure all items returned are in an unused condition and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If you have a query about a refund on an item you have purchased please e-mail : info@beaubo.co.uk

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN SUNGLASSES IF THEY ARE FAULTY UNLESS AGREED BY US AS WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY EXTRA POSTAGE COSTS IF THIS HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES.
